Senior Performance Marketer
Own full-funnel paid media with operator-level accountability. We need someone who can move from planning and budget allocation to creative testing and channel-level diagnosis without losing the plot.
What you'll own
You’ll be the strategic and executional lead across paid programs for a small set of brands. That means building the plan, deciding what deserves budget, translating performance into actions, and working directly with creative, CRO, and lifecycle teammates to make the whole system stronger.
- Own forecasting, pacing, and channel allocation across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging paid channels.
- Build test roadmaps across audience, offer, creative, landing page, and spend strategy.
- Turn weekly performance data into clear decisions, not reporting theater.
- Partner with creatives to sharpen hooks, briefs, and iteration loops.
- Use blended business metrics, not just platform metrics, to guide decisions.
What good looks like
- You can explain performance clearly to a founder without hiding behind dashboards.
- You know when to scale, when to hold, and when to challenge attribution narratives.
- You build repeatable systems for testing instead of reacting to noise.
- You care about contribution margin, MER, and LTV quality, not just headline ROAS.

- You can work independently and still collaborate tightly with a small senior team.
