Director of Content

Own the creative supply chain from concept through output. We want someone who can build the systems behind better content, not just review deliverables after the fact.

What you'll own

You’ll lead how content gets produced, improved, and deployed across the Refractive system. This includes creative strategy, UGC sourcing, feedback loops, production workflows, and the operating cadence that keeps content output useful for performance teams.

  • Build and run content systems for UGC, paid social creative, iteration, and packaging feedback.
  • Translate growth priorities into creative briefs that are specific, usable, and measurable.
  • Improve the speed and quality of production with AI-assisted workflows where they actually help.
  • Partner with paid and strategy leads to connect creative output to commercial outcomes.
  • Raise the bar on taste, clarity, and repeatability across the creative pipeline.

  • You can build a creative machine, not just direct one-off assets.
  • You understand the difference between content volume and content leverage.
  • You know how to create feedback loops that improve future work instead of just shipping more.
  • You have a strong eye, but you also know how to operationalize standards for a team.
